Material Feeding & Drying
PPR resin pellets and barrier layer materials (e.g., EVOH, aluminum) are fed into separate hoppers and dried to remove moisture.
Co-Extrusion
Multiple extruders melt and extrude different layers simultaneously.
A special multi-layer die head combines the molten materials into a single pipe structure with PPR inner/outer layers + middle barrier layer.
Vacuum Calibration & Cooling
The pipe passes through a vacuum calibration tank to fix dimensions.
Spray or immersion cooling tanks rapidly cool the pipe for solidification.
Hauling & Cutting
A servo-controlled haul-off unit pulls the pipe smoothly.
An auto-cutting machine cuts pipes to required lengths.
Printing & Stacking
Inkjet/laser printing marks pipe specifications (size, pressure rating, standards).
An automatic stacking system organizes finished pipes for packaging.
Quality Testing
Hydrostatic pressure test, wall thickness measurement, and ovality check ensure compliance with industry standards.
